Ara provide free, non-judgemental gambling help and support for anyone affected by a gambling problem. They offer confidential advice and counselling, relapse prevention support, lived experience groups, affected others support, support for culturally and linguistically diverse communities and a Young People Service.
Ara are available over the phone, online, and through in person one-to-one or group settings. They also provide awareness training sessions for professionals.
