The NHS All Wales Gambling Treatment Service and 24/7 Helpline are provided by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB).
The Helpline is available to anyone affected by gambling harms and seeking immediate advice, emotional support and guidance. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk about your gambling or someone else’s.
Alternatively, anyone aged over 18 who is seeking structures support and/or clinical treatment can access the All-Wales Gambling Treatment Service.
Access routes include:
- 24/7 Helpline Telephone: 0808 2819 265. The number is free to call from a landline or mobile, even when the caller has no credit left.
Referrals are welcome from any individual or professionals to the Treatment Service:

When referring via email, individuals should include their name and contact telephone number. The Treatment Service voicemail is available outside of office hours.
