GamCare provide information, advice and support across England, Scotland and Wales to anyone affected by gambling-related harm, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via their helpline and digital services including Live Chat, WhatsApp & Facebook. They also provide peer support through their chatroom and forums.

GamCare also run other regional services that offer in-person, one-to-one and group support and treatment for gambling harms. The helpline can put you in touch with their regional support teams, or you can find them by entering your postcode in our service finder.

This service is part of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) which provides free, confidential and personalised support for anyone affected by gambling.
