Their national services are New Beginnings and Peer Aid. New Beginnings is a women-only service. The service is designed and delivered by women with lived experience and offers a safe space for women. The Primary Care Gambling Service provide long and short-term therapy to those experiencing gambling harm, as well as people affected by someone else’s gambling.

The Primary Care Gambling Service (PCGS) is a free confidential NHS service for adults over 18 who experience harms from gambling, as well as those who are affected by the gambling behaviour of a family member or friend.
The service offer a holistic, multidisciplinary team approach with mental health nurses, GPs, therapists, peer support and psychiatrists. They also provide support with physical, social and mental health problems.

The National Gambling Clinic is a free and confidential NHS service supporting people who are experiencing harm from gambling. They support young people aged 13 to 18 from anywhere in England, and adults 18 and over in London and the South East.
The National Gambling Clinic was the first NHS gambling treatment service to be established in the UK back in 2008. The team is made up of psychologists, therapists, nurses and psychiatrists and a peer support worker with lived experience of gambling harm.

They are commissioned to provide inpatient detox and residential rehabilitation services, for complex needs.
