Key findings

13% of adults scored 1+ on the Problem Gambling Severity Index. 17% of these had used treatment or support in the past year and 18% currently want treatment or support.

7% of adults are "affected others" negatively impacted by someone else's gambling, with 45% having sought advice or support. Major barriers include not viewing gambling as harmful and stigma.
