Summary

Ipsos is delivering a process and impact evaluation to understand what works in establishing and sustaining long-term recovery support, and to evidence outcomes of the programme. This report presents the findings of the second phase (of three) of the evaluation. Phase 2 explored project delivery progress, early outcomes and emerging learning about long-term recovery support.
