Key findings

The service successfully trained over 2,000 frontline workers in Scotland to identify and support people with gambling issues. However, awareness-raising activities were limited. 

The report found that the screening tool for identifying gambling problems needs improvement and better data collection is needed to fully understand the project's impact.
