National Gambling Support Network services directory booklet

Author: GambleAware, NGSN providers Published: October 2025

In this document you’ll find information about the confidential, free support available through the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN). The NGSN brings together organisations across England, Scotland and Wales to provide treatment, advice and tailored support for anyone affected by gambling harms, including family members and friends affected by someone else’s gambling.

The NGSN ensures people can access the right support wherever they are, offering flexible, person-centred services to meet individual needs. Support includes counselling, peer support and residential treatment. Services are delivered by trained professionals, many with lived experience, in a safe and non-judgemental environment. The NGSN also offers a range of services designed for specific communities or groups, such as women-only services. Through its nationwide reach, the NGSN helps thousands of people access support and treatment.

This document is designed for anyone seeking support for themselves or someone they care about, as well as for professionals and organisations looking to signpost people to support through the NGSN.

However you’re feeling right now, we’re here to help.

The National Gambling Support Network helps people struggling with gambling, and people who are worried about someone else’s gambling.
